one day old!
Ellie is doing really well. She's gotten breastfeeding down pat and we've already figured out how to nurse lying down, so I'm not a completely exhausted mama. My milk is coming in and at the ped appt today, we found she'd gained 3 oz over her birth weight. Her days and nights are mixed up; she nurses all night and sleeps all day...but once we get that sorted out, things will truly be ideal!

You already look like a seasoned mama of two in the family picture. I love it. It brings back memories of being in the hospital with Jack. I'll never forget when Mark brought Will into the room to see his new baby brother. WIll looked so big, and I cried, mourning the loss of my little baby..
But now I realize I never lost my baby. I proudly call them both my baby boys now. Its hard, but man, they make my heart burst.
