anticipation

Little man's birthday party is tomorrow. He knows it's coming at some indeterminate time, but I think we're going to make it a surprise...maybe have Papa take him to the park while folks come over, then come home to the party. He's gotten an idea of what he thinks birthday parties should be like, so I think he'd get a kick out of that.

I think we're probably going to go for the house if we're able to. Turns out that another friend of the seller's expressed interest a while back in buying it for a rental property. He doesn't know if the friend really wants to do it, though, and is trying to find out. Hopefully we'll know soon...

The neighbors downstairs are having a bit of a party tonight. Geez, they talk LOUDLY! Not much longer, not much longer.
